All bookings made with Elevate Dance Collective are final.

No Refunds for Client Cancellations

Elevate Dance Collective does not offer refunds for classes or services cancelled by clients, including:

  • missed classes

  • late arrivals

  • cancellations for any reason

Bookings that are cancelled or not attended will still be considered used.

Class Cancellations by Elevate Dance Collective

If Elevate Dance Collective needs to cancel a class, clients will be notified as soon as possible and offered one of the following options:

  • a refund, or

  • the option to move their booking to another class or date

The choice of option will be communicated clearly at the time of cancellation.

Event & Performance Bookings

Refunds and rescheduling for choreography, performances, or event bookings are handled separately and will be outlined in your individual quote or agreement.
